I love running. It is the greatest part of my life. I can't imagine the time before I started running.
It is actually very easy to get started. The secret is start small and increase slowly. Right now just go for a run, walk or jog. The distance you go will be your base distance. The two secrets are:
Never go less than your base distance.
Increase your base distance gradually daily or at least weekly.
Run/walk as often you can. Daily if possible. Running is the best part of my life.
