I love running

I love running, I just got back from a nice hill work out, not too many miles but I charge up the hills at full speed and jog down. Great speed work, I love going out and getting a good workout. Nothing equals the feeling you get afterwords. I sit down at my desk with a glass of ice tea, I can drink unbelievable quantities of it, and get to work. There is such a thing as a pleasing soreness in your muscles after a good workout. I like to do push-ups, sit-ups, planks, russian twists, etc before running, so I get that swelled up feeling in my biceps from pushups and soreness in my legs from running up hills. It does not get any better than this.
